Always short staff for field nurses especially during holidays. Patients are getting discharged from the hospital and field nurses are not able to visit patients right away specially the high risks patients. Even if intake RN is able to schedule the patient for home services, there will be still no guarantee that it will be a successful visit.

Great company to work for, well organized, respectful, and caring. No cons.If you work for home health nursing, Revival is a great place to bring you up. Feel free to ask whatever you want, they are ready to teach/answer. Should at least allow remote work for all the nurses. Able to help patient in need of short home health care.

Our agency exists to provide you and our community with health services that bring comfort in a familiar setting, your home. Connect on the phone with a friendly senior living consultant who can help you make the choice that is right for you. Its difficult to describe any substantial con working for Revival. Sometimes the patients were not pleasant to work with. However, that is hardly a reflection of the company.
Well, you can ease your mind from worrying too much. A home care services provider in Virginia and Maryland can help you and your family. My father was recently on service and we were very happy with the care provided. The nurse went above and beyond to ensure my father had the care he needed. The staff were kind, professional, patient and really sensitive in the care provided.
I worked there for a good amount of time and the staff there works as team. I mean snow days are the worst because we are stuck and can't leave our houses, but they work hard to help there patients. I would recommend this to everyone who wants home care. I mean who wouldn't ask for a great friendly team? Many times I received phone calls from old patients requesting to be serviced again, because the clinicians.

While visiting nurse visit pt, needs to give direct patients care and except that nurse has a lots of paper work. If a prospective employer mentions anything related to “work family”….run! Serious red flag and indication of high turnover at a company. Currently stuck in this mess and waiting for a job in hand before I leave my POS company.
My uncle was a client of Revival CHHA. That is the worst company. No one knows how to take care of patients. Nurses and managers have no clue why they are. This company clinicains have no idea what is infection control.
I'm familiar with other agencies, so I think Revival is better for me. They care more, and the staff is very good. There's always communication where they would call me or I would call them if something is bothering me, and they would in turn try to fix it.
The team I've worked with became like family to me. Got to the end of the contract and suddenly I had phone call after phone call demanding the names and numbers of my Doctors for no reason.
