The client communication and customer service is dismal and Revival is simply ill-equipped to handle the demands of the disable. Protest if the hospital says they are giving your case to Revival. One nurse insulted me as I was not answering the door and refused to believe that he was at the wrong address. The other nurses - never the same one - were competent.
While visiting nurse visit pt, needs to give direct patients care and except that nurse has a lots of paper work. If a prospective employer mentions anything related to “work family”….run! Serious red flag and indication of high turnover at a company. Currently stuck in this mess and waiting for a job in hand before I leave my POS company.

The Physical Therapist was fine for the few times she came. Revival said they gave me care until almost end of November, but that was not true. I await the Medicare papers and shall challenge payment for totally inadequate assistance.

Needs to review the security of your connection before proceeding. Revival will not give you a nurse, PT, or aide appointment until the morning of the visit day. One of their nurses never showed up, and I had to call the company to find out there was a problem. The representative did find a replacement--who arrived 4 hours after the original appointment-- and then hung up on me. You'll have to pester them to get a response to your requests. They promise to call you back, but don't.

Originally I was told I could pick the hours, but it got switched to when the girl was available.
